2011 VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL POLICIES

EXAM KITS

-         Exam kits will be billed to your church at the time they are taken out.  You may take several to make your selection.  Please return unwanted kits within a week or two so others can do the same.  Full credit will be issued at the time of the return.  June 13^th is the final deadline for the return of all VBS kits.

EARLY ORDER BONUS

-         Churches placing their VBS order by Friday January 28^th will receive a 10% discount on that order and can pay in 3 installments, June 1^st, July 1^st, and August 1^st.  Also, early orders reduce the chances of shortages.  Because we also offer free shipping, you can save about 15% all told and in the case of Group, you can save as much as 20% due to our quantity purchasing.  If you are not able to order this soon, we will still grant a 5% discount and 30 day billing.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICIES APPLYING TO ALL COMPANIES

All returns should be made at the end of your VBS or the week following.  The final deadline for VBS returns is Monday August 29^th.  Earlier returns may benefit you, please see below.  All returned merchandise must be unused, unmarked, unopened, and also in saleable condition.

SPECIFIC RETURNS POLICIES APPLYING TO ALL COMPANIES

Answers in Genesis:  You may return for full credit up to 100% of your combined total 2011 VBS purchases (excluding kits) by Monday August 29^th.

Concordia:  You may return for full credit any VBS materials by Friday August 12^th.  After this date you may return up to 10% of your combined total purchases (excluding kits) by Monday August 29^th.

Gospel Light:  You may return for full credit up to 100% of your combined total 2011 VBS purchases (excluding kits) by Monday August 29^th.  Non-returnable items are followed by NR on the order form.

Group:  You may return for full credit up to 100% of your combined total 2011 VBS purchases (excluding kits) by Monday August 29^th.

Regular Baptist Press:  You may return for full credit up to 15% of your total 2011 VBS purchases (excluding kits) by Monday August 29^th.

Standard:  You may return for full credit up to 100% of your combined total 2011 VBS purchases (less Starter Kits and Power Paks, backerboard and Cooper Costume) by Monday August 29^th.
